Here's a yummy recipe from one of our Cakes & More members Kelli.

It looks both yummy inside and completely decorated!

200g margarine
200g milk chocolate
1-½ cups sugar

  5. Line and grease base and sides of cake tin.
  6. When cool fold in sifted flours, cocoa and egg mix.
  7. Pour into prepared tin and cook for about 1 hour, if it is cooking too fast try it at 150C.
  8. Cool in tin completely before turning out.

*Note: You can add up to 2 tablespoons of coffee if you wish. I like to use Nestle milk chocolate buds for this recipe.

Thanks Kelli, it looks delish!
